ENERGY CONTRACTING SERVICE

Energy advisory and management service, where we manage the contracting of the supply on the deregulated market. We also renegotiate the contract annually according to the cost of energy at any given moment, which can lead to savings of 20% on its prices.

FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE

During the term of the contract, this service offers dual maintenance:

Preventive maintenance: with regular servicing of the boiler room, in order to ensure that all the equipment is working correctly and thus make any breakdowns less likely.
Corrective maintenance: in case of failure or breakdown of the equipment or the facility, we locate the problem and correct or repair it as quickly as possible.

GRANT MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Subsidies for boiler rooms. There is a specific IDEA subsidy for upgrading boiler rooms.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE*

If the change of facility frees up space for the residents’ association, we can manage the rezoning of that space to be used for storage and/or parking, thus obtaining a benefit for the community.
